Spring Paris
Join me and Alexander Lobrano around The Paris Supper Club table this October ...

during our ongoing series of all-inclusive prix-fixe dinners in our favorite restaurants... where great food, good times and a love of Paris are on the menu.

This fall, we are thrilled to welcome you to Spring and Chef Daniel Rose’s terrific cooking in his beautiful new restaurant in the historic rue Bailleul. Ever since he closed his tiny place in the 9th, loyal patrons and media have been following the birth of the new place with keen interest ... making it one of the toughest reservations to get now that it is finally open.

Alec and I are just delighted to introduce you personally to Daniel to chat with him in his gorgeous modern kitchen  - where we will see the team busily preparing dinner.

We'll also take you on a walk through the rest of the restaurant that most visitors don't get to see, two floors beneath street level. The renovations to these 16th century caverns that once served as meat storage for the former Les Halles markets are just spectacular!

Then we'll pop a cork to celebrate fall, the most anticipated restaurant opening in Paris and each other with Champagne in the wine cellar, followed by a multi-course contemporary menu.

Each dinner will be limited to four people and reservations will go quickly, so book today!

To reserve your place(s) and receive full details once your booking has been confirmed, click on your preferred date and follow the payment page prompt. Once you are registered, your date will be held and a confirmation sent to your email immediately.

We also have a wine tasting event just before dinner if you are interested you can read more about it here and register on the same page as the dinner reservation at one time.

• October 14 - SOLD OUT

• October 26 - 2 seats left

200 euros per person, 4 people maximum... just email us to reserve!

More on Alexander Lobrano: Though he’s originally from Connecticut, Alec attributes his love of good food and the pleasures of the table to the fact that his father’s family is originally from New Orleans. Alec has been an American in Paris since 1986, when he arrived in town to take a job as an editor in the Paris offices of Fairchild Publications, and has since been Paris correspondent for Travel & Leisure, European Editor for Departures, and most recently, European Correspondent for Gourmet from 1999 until it’s sorry recent closing. Alec has written on food and travel for most of the many English language newspapers and magazines in the United States and United Kingdom, was a founding editor of the Time Out Eating & Drinking Guide to Paris, and is the author of HUNGRY FOR PARIS: The Ultimate Guide to the City’s 102 Best Restaurants (Random House, New York, 2008).

More on Wendy Lyn: Wendy Lyn attributes her love of good food from having fished, shrimped and oystered along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico with her grandfather to create the meals shared around their family table. Originally from the Deep South, Wendy landed in Paris in 1989 and is now a culinary insider with an enviable network of food & wine contacts having served as public relations advisor to some of the best French chefs and restaurants in the world; including Alain Ducasse, Charlie Trotter and the red Michelin Guide. Today, she reports on the culinary scene in Paris as the Founder|Editor of The Paris Kitchen™ blog and opens up her little black book to personally take visitors on guided walks & tasting tours to eat and drink through her favorite food city in the world. Wendy was recently featured in The Chicago Tribune, Condé Nast Traveller: "The Experts: The One to Know”, Indagare, Luxe City Guides Paris and Food Arts Magazine.

Myriam,

How kind of you to take time to let us know!

We are thinking of you and sending you a toast from the biggest French Champagne bottle that we can lift - across the miles.

Do send us a photo when you catch you breath.

Happy happy day from us both!

Congratulations darling.

Your gorgeous smile was a highlight of the Paris Supper Club dinner at Les Papilles in June.

Fondly,

Wendy & Alec

Sounds fabulous!! Having been lucky enough to score a seat at the Paris Supper Club dinner in June, I can't recommend this enough - Alec and Wendy are very special people, and fabulous dinner hosts. You're in for a special treat!

I'd go if I could, but I'm getting married the next day so fiance might not approve ;-))
