<p>Julien Duboué recently sold his Afaria restaurant in the 15th so that he can pursue a different restaurant project that he is keeping under wraps&#8230; but for now you can head over to Julien&#8217;s family-style wine bar in the Latin Quarter for his creative Southwestern fare &#8211; open 7 days a week.</p>

<p>A meal with my family: My grandmother&#8217;s chicken with garlic inside and potatoes at the bottom of the cooking dish under the chicken</p>
<p>A meal at a restaurant: A roasted foie gras with celery &amp; truffles at <a title="Chez L’Ami Jean" href="http://thepariskitchen.com/review/lamis-jean-paris-chef-stephane-jego/">L&#8217;Ami Jean</a>, 8 years ago with my cook Charles</p>
